How do I get a price?
Add pieces to your cart and submit a quote request. We prepare item pricing, shipping, and applicable taxes. Your private request link shows the quote when it is ready.
Am I placing an order when I submit?
No. A quote request is an enquiry, with no payment or purchase obligation. Purchase arrangements are confirmed separately after you review the quote.
Is every piece available?
Availability is checked when we prepare your quote. Pieces marked sold cannot be added to your cart. Parcel photographs show the whole parcel; ask us about partial quantities.
Can I request more stone information?
Yes. Include questions about weight, origin, treatment, or documentation in the request. Details are attributed to the seller; an image alone is not a gemological report.
How is shipping calculated?
Tell us the delivery country or region. The quote will include shipping and any stated tax amount. Delivery arrangements are confirmed before a purchase.
How do I track my request?
Save the private link shown after submission. Use Check for updates to see the latest status. Print the page or save it as a PDF using your browser.
