What we collect

When you submit a request, we store your name, email, delivery country or region, selected items and quantities, and your message. Company and phone are optional. These details are used to respond and prepare a quotation.

Your cart and private link

Your cart is saved in browser local storage. It contains product references and quantities, not contact details. Anyone with the private request link can see the selection and quote. Contact details are only available in the protected admin area.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a server-accessed database. Administrators sign in to review them. This site does not add advertising trackers or sell your enquiry details. Hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver the site. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions.

Questions or removal requests

Use our contact form with your reference to ask about, correct, or request removal of your enquiry information. Please do not submit payment information or sensitive documents.
